Our History
In the early 2000s, Wendy Wong and her team entered the real estate industry, laying the foundation for what would become Treelane Realty in 2004. By 2013, we officially established Treelane Realty Group, bringing together Treelane Realty and Treelane Realty Commercial. Starting with just a few dozen team members, we quickly grew into one of California’s top 50 independent real estate firms within just three years. Over the past two decades, we have faced many challenges, fluctuations in real estate market conditions, and setbacks. Yet, from the very beginning, we were clear about our purpose and the value of this company, which has driven us to persevere without hesitation. Treelane Realty Group was built to be a platform for sharing success, and our unwavering commitment to growth, learning, and empowering others has shaped us into the thriving company we are today.

founder and owner of Treeline Realty & Treelane Realty Group. This team has extensive experience in
buying and selling homes, apartments, commercial properties such as retail spaces, office buildings,
medical buildings, hotels, shopping centers, warehouses and more. The Wendy Wong Team sold an
average of $150 million in sales annually, and 75% of the sales volume is from commercial properties.
